It was a weekend to forget for Matt LaFleur and the rest of his Green Bay Packers players. The NFC North big boys were humbled with a 38-10 loss at the hands of the rampant Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Aaron Rodgers, surprisingly, had an off day at the office, throwing two interceptions. However, his counterpart, Tom Brady, had one of his best games of the season.
The Packers were second best in all departments on Sunday. But Head Coach Matt LaFleur insists that there’s no need to fret, not just yet.

After their dismal 38-10 loss to the Buccaneers, coach Matt LaFleur was asked to address the media on Sunday. Here’s what the second-year NFL frontman said with respect to the Packers’ first loss of the season.
He said, “I think anytime you get punched in the mouth like that and really beaten handily … the big thing (is) we cannot allow this loss to lead into a bad performance versus a really talented Houston Texan team. You just can’t allow one loss to become two.

“This game’s over with. We can’t allow this game and just the bad energy that came from this game to seep into next week’s performance,” LaFleur told the team’s official website.
The Wisconsin-based franchise is slated to take on the Deshaun Watson-led Houston Texans in Week 7. Following that, they will go up against their NFC North rivals, the Minnesota Vikings.
