Carolina Panthers franchise is looking to make some changes as they re-signed TE Ian Thomas to boost their offensive firepower. The reported deal will be for 3 years for an impressive player, who is coming on the back of a good 2021 NFL season. The move was announced on Friday, just a few weeks before the start of NFL free agency.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the player contract is estimated to be a total worth of 16.95 Million. Thomas will be earning nearly $6.435 Million cash in his first year and $8 million fully guaranteed. He will be a welcome addition to the franchise as he recorded an 18-catch 188-yard season.
