Sunday’s humiliating 6-38 loss to Baltimore Ravens means that the Cleveland Browns have now not won a single opening day fixture since 2004.
Head Coach Kevin Stefanski painted a frustrated figure as his offense, led by Baker Mayfield, failed to do any damage to a strong Ravens defense. At the end of the game, the Browns had only themselves to blame.

“[Baker] continues to think he is more athletic than he is. Tries to run around. He’s not… He’s not as athletic as he thinks he is. I don’t think it was a punch in the mouth moment.
“It’s a ‘realize who you are and play to your strengths’ moment… I thought it was a moment of clarity, which is: If Baker’s going to be throwing it 35 times a game, This is what it’s gonna look like,” Cowherd added via Brownsnation.
Cleveland Browns will go up against the Joe Burrow-led Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday in a crunch Week Two encounter. Pressure will be on coach Stefanski to recover from an opening day loss to the Ravens.
