It is hard to deny that Jalen Hurts had one of the best performances of his career. Still, it wasn’t enough for the Eagles to lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy. We all know that at the end of the Super Bowl, one team enjoys the ecstasy of the moment. Even though Hurts ended up on the other side, he received praise from Patrick Mahomes for his splendid run in the season.

It was unfortunate for Jalen Hurts to be on the other side. But in the end, it is true that the Eagles have a talent that will flourish in the future.

High praise for Jalen Hurts

Jalen Hurts gave such a performance which left the fans as well as his rivals in awe of him. And one of them was none other than the Kansas City Quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Patrick said, “If there were any doubters left there shouldn’t be now. I mean, the way he stepped on this stage, and ran, threw the ball, whatever it took for his team to win. That was a special performance. I don’t want it to get lost in the loss that they had.”

Not only the MVP but the Philadelphia Eagles coach also didn’t hold back while talking about Jalen Hurts. “Jalen played the best game I’ve seen him play in the two years we’ve been together, I thought he was in complete control. He did things with his legs in the run game and his arm in the passing game. He made some unbelievable reads, and unbelievable throws. I thought he played outstanding,” said Eagles head coach Nick Siriann, as per Inquirer
