The Bills Mafia had a wild ride. Brandon Beane, the Buffalo Bills’ GM, was tremendously busy; strengthening the lineup and making deals that aided both the offensive and defensive aspects of the team. Brandon Beane must have a slightly less frantic workweek after this week’s free agency whirlwind. However, he is not at all interested in making a trade for their QB1, Josh Allen.

Brandon Beane is also fantastic at bringing forth a team. Over the last 3 years, the Bills have become perhaps the most potent squads in the NFL. Furthermore, whether it’s through free agency or the drafts, Beane and management cannot possibly give up on talent as big as Allen.

Brandon Beane’s statements show that the quarterback isn’t going anywhere soon, and may retire a Buffalo Bill. The two sides recently agreed to a six-year, $258 million contract deal. The Bills GM also mentions during the show that The Bills and Josh Allen appear to communicate well. Since the quarterback is the Bills’ marquee man, the front office refrains from saying anything that can damage him or the locker atmosphere.

DT’s Tim Settle, DaQuan Jones, and Jordan Phillips, as well as DE Shaq Lawson, guard Rodger Saffold, and TE O. J. Howard, were all recruited by the Bills. The Bills also acquire Cleveland Browns backup quarterback Case Keenum and re-signed former backup quarterback Matt Barkley.

The most significant move was the acquisition of Von Miller, a standout edge rusher, to a six-year, $120 million deal. The trade ultimately gave the Bills a pass rush differentiator. Nonetheless, money is short, and the Bills are almost done scouting free agents.

If any Bills backers are expecting more big moves won’t be happy. Further in the Patt McAfee Show, GM Brandon Beane says that the Bills are pretty much done making large offseason moves. Beane said that the NFL Draft will be their primary emphasis. Even though the Bills are expectant to sign a handful more free agents to round out the roster, they seem to have completed all of their free-agency transactions.
