The NFL quarterback Josh Allen is one of the few athletes who embraces his stardom to give it back to the people and society. Recently, the signal-caller made a massive investment to forgive the consumer debts of nearly 2600 Americans, specifically helping his people out there in Buffalo.

Josh Allen is an emerging talent in the NFL world after stepping his foot as seventh overall in the 2018 draft. The youngster is known for his off-field pursuits and love towards the fans as for his football heroics. This recent gesture is evidence of this very notion.

The quarterback partnered with a public benefit corporation, ForgiveCo that deals with creating impactful marketing moments for brands through debt forgiveness. By the end of the year, the company aims at absolving millions of dollars in debt for people in need.

Allen made a commitment of $10 million worth of debt for the people of Wyoming, where he attended college, and the farmers in California’s Central Valley, where the quarterback grew up. Roughly, this initiative will aid around 2600 Americans, with each of them being relieved of $3,847 on average.

“Coming from a small town and now living out my dream playing football, I recognize that I owe a debt of gratitude to the fans for their support not only each Sunday but also their continued support of my off-field endeavors,” Allen said after the initiative received public attention.
