New England Patriots Owners Take Action After People on Twitter Troll Their Support Towards LGBTQ+ Community During Pride Month

The New England Patriots had their own way to celebrate pride month. They displayed an electronic version of the rainbow flag in front of their stadium. It was a great effort by the franchise to show their support to the LGBTQ+ community worldwide.

They posted the picture of the electronic version of the rainbow flag in front of the Gillette Stadium on their Twitter account as well.

However, many people didn’t like the Patriots showing their support to the LGBTQ+ community. They tried to belittle the Patriots’ efforts of showing support to the people who embraced it.

The Owners of the Patriots didn’t like the response they received. It is a sensitive issue, and the franchise took quick action against it.

It certainly means that people might get punished for talking negatively about the effort made by the Patriots. Moreover, this could set an example to follow for other sports franchises as well.
