The NFL trade deadline is on Tuesday and the teams are scrambling around to do complete last-minute deals in order to piece together the perfect squads for the remainder of the season.

Avery Williamson, Yannick Ngakoue, and Le’Veon Bell are some of the names that have secured trade deals over the last couple of weeks. Another name that has popped up in reports is that of Houston Texans’ wide receiver, Will Fuller.

The experienced NFL wideout has been with the Texans since his entry into the NLF in 2016. He was picked in the first round of the 2016 NFL draft (21st overall). The 26-year-old is being tipped for a move to the NFC North leaders, Green Bay Packers.

Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans have had a season to forget thus far. The Texans are third in the AFC South Division with a 1-6 record after Week 8.

Fuller has been the side’s top wide receiver since the departure of veteran DeAndre Hopkins in the summer.  The Notre Dame College product has 490 yards on 31 receptions this season, with 5 receiving TDs to his name.

NFL insider, Ian Rapoport, reports that the Wisconsin-based franchise is interested in bringing in Fuller to Lambeau Field before Tuesday. Head Coach Matt LaFleur is hoping to turn the Packers into potential Super Bowl contenders.

Star quarterback Aaron Rodgers only has Davante Adams to support him from the wideout department at present. An injury to second-year WR Allen Lazard has kept him out of the line-up for the better part of the 2020 NFL season.
