The former Buccaneers HC Bruce Arians retired from his coaching role after Tom Brady’s comeback. Analysts speculate that Bruce’s stint at the front office has more to do with coaching than office antics. In a surprise statement, he said, “I’d still be coaching if Tom Brady stayed retired.”

Moreover, the HC plans to remain close to his former coaching stint. Currently, he will serve as the senior advisor to the general manager. He told the Tampa Bay Times, “I’m on the field, I’m coaching. I’m going to go to practice and see the little things.”

Additionally, Bruce’s decision to retire was propelled by Tom Brady’s un-retirement and Todd Bowles’ excellent chance to have a second shot at coaching. Although it appears like the former Bucs HC is not going anyway far from his previous successful job.
