Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay got married to his long-time fiancee Veronika Khomyn last Saturday. Being an HC of the champion team LA Rams, it would have been a tough decision to decide on the wedding guest list. Well, a former Rams player did not need an invitation and surprised McVay by crashing at his wedding.

Recently Sean McVay at ‘I Am Athlete’ said how stressful it is to plan out the wedding guest list. He said, “So probably the most stressful thing about this wedding was figuring out, all right, how do you get the guest list right where you don’t have any sort of interruptions or, you know, anybody having their feelings hurt unnecessarily because you got good relationships with guys.”

The groom had invited the captains from last year’s team and some retired players with who he has good connections. But then there was Odell Beckham Jr. who wasn’t invited but still made it to the wedding.

The Rams HC, in the interview, said, “I love Odell, and so only in Odell’s fashion could he be the wedding crasher at our wedding, So O showed up, crashed the wedding and I loved it.” McVay shares a good relationship with Odell as they have played the last season together.

McVay further said, “You crashed my wedding, you re-sign with the Rams then, man.” The Rams had signed Beckham on a one-year, $1.25 million contract that ended with the last season. Although Beckham is currently not on any team’s roster, the franchise had shown interest in re-signing him.

Lombardi Trophy was also present at the wedding ceremony of Sean McVay

At the start of this year, head coach Sean McVay took the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl victory. So, a Lombardi Trophy was also present at the wedding. There was a cake in the shape of the Super Bowl trophy, out of which McVay ate a huge bite.

The whole wedding ceremony was a lovely affair. The newlywed couple and the guests were seen dancing and singing to the tunes of a live band. Moreover, the best part of the wedding was Odell Beckham Jr. making it to the ceremony without an invitation.
