QB Carson Wentz Gets Bullied by NFL Twitter on His First Look in a Washington Commanders Kit

After spending a year with the Indianapolis Colts, the former Super Bowl-winning quarterback Carson Wentz sealed a spot with the Washington Commanders this off-season. A section of NFL fans seems to have engaged in seamless trolling (potentially, it edges towards blatant bullying) for Wentz, who posed for a photoshoot in the team’s official uniform.
It was a cakewalk for the commanders to secure a stable position before the free agency earlier this year. In return for Carson Wentz, the NFC East franchise exhausted a few Draft picks for the 2022 and 2023 seasons.

Even though Wentz couldn’t unleash his true abilities as he flexed in 2017, the Commanders seemed optimistic about their approach. The Dakota State alumnus spent a significant amount of time at the Philadelphia Eagles and played a pioneering role in winning the franchise, its first Super Bowl in 2018.
Although he had to undergo a season-ending injury, it didn’t hinder his pursuit of entering the playoffs in consecutive years.
As the injuries started limiting his participation, the Eagles traded him to the Colts in 2021. The 29-year-old has registered over 2000 passing yards and completed nine rushing touchdowns throughout the journey.
Washington Commanders Make Big Off-Season Splash by Trading for Carson Wentz From The Indianapolis Colts
His greatest success was in 2017 when he led the Eagles with an 11-2 record. However, all these victories seem unflattering to the fans who roasted Wentz during his first press conference for the Commanders earlier this year.
Carson Wentz flaunts his new look in the Commanders kit
Wearing a yellow blazer over a contrasting red shirt, Carson Wentz made his first public appearance for the franchise in March. The Washington Commanders’ official Twitter handle recently shared a picture of Wentz donning the team’s on-field outfit. But that doesn’t seem to have convinced a section of fans. Few of them pointed out that the previous uniform was much better than the current one.

Ching Tumadre made a cheeky comment on Wentz, who is playing for his third team in three years.
Aww, there's so much excitement for the new QB. Just like there was in philthy and Indy when he first showed up there. 😂
