The Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Award, AKA the ESPYs, is the perfect stage to see top-tier athletes in one place. It is probably the only event where they take their jerseys off and put on some nice tux and dresses. Every year’s host is unique, and this year was no stranger. NBA Icon Steph Curry set himself loose with some quips and made remarks towards a living legend, Tom Brady.
The offseason this year had every NFL fan holding their breaths. They saw the retirement of Tom Brady and a retreat just 41 days after. It puzzled several viewers why will TB12 chose to step down to be back. However, Steph Curry may have the answer, which is just as crazy as it sounds.

The ESPYS 2022 opened with Steph Curry as the host. He delivered a humorous monologue as the event began. Curry continues by saying he knows why quarterback Tom Brady came out of retirement after having three children’s birthdays in two weeks.

This year, Tom Brady will go head-to-head alongside the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and make a run for the Lombardi for the second time in three years. If his current contract is any proof, it could be his last season. However, Tampa Tom’s mind could be subject to changes.
