The 58-year-old college and pro coach signed a four-year extension in January. However, it appears that the extension is about to be cut short. The Wolverines had a phenomenal season. They went 11–1 in the regular season. Michigan won the last game of the season against Ohio State with a score of 42–27. It was Harbaugh’s first win over Ohio, and he also won his second Big Ten East divisional title. This victory over Ohio felt like “a new beginning” to Jim Harbaugh.
