“They Will Fly Through to the Playoffs” – Analyst Expecting Baltimore Ravens to March On

The 2019 NFL season was all about the Baltimore Ravens. Lamar Jackon’s Ravens lit up the league with some splendid displays. Jackson, in particular, was the standout performer for John Harbaugh’s team. 2019 was the first time since 2007 that the Ravens played in the NFL without Joe Flacco on their roster.
Jackson began the season as the first-choice quarterback and did not disappoint. He led the Baltimore-based franchise to a 14-2 record as they made the playoffs last year. However, they were dealt a massive upset in their knockout game against the Tennessee Titans. Prior to that, the Ravens were tipped as ‘favorites’ to win Super Bowl LIV.
Despite a dismal end to the season, Head Coach John Harbaugh will be pleased with how his team performed over the course of the season. Here is what sports analyst Colin Cowherd predicts is in store for the Ravens this year.

Lamar Jackson was the star for the Ravens in 2019. He broke former NFL MVP Michael Vick’s 1,000 rushing record last season. He became the first NFL quarterback to throw for 3,000+ yards and rush for 1,000 more in the same season. Due to his efforts, the Florida-born athlete was voted as the unanimous NFL MVP for 2019 ahead of Super Bowl winner Patrick Mahomes.
