Tom Brady Receives Career Advice From Super Bowl-Winning QB Regarding His $375 Million Analyst Gig With FOX Sports: “Whatever You Faced On The Field, It’ll Be Different Once You Go In The Booth”

Tom Brady recently signed a massive deal worth $375 Million with FOX. He will be an analyst for FOX Sports once he retires from the NFL. The deal is for 10-years, and everyone is excited to see Brady on TV once he’s done playing. However, one other player who transitioned from a player to a broadcaster had some advice for Brady.

Former Washington quarterback Joe Theismann, who is a Super Bowl-Winning quarterback himself, is now a broadcaster at NFL Network. He is well aware of the things that need to be done while becoming a broadcaster from a player. As a result, his advice might be valuable for Tom Brady.

Theismann, in his advice to Brady, said, “First of all, I’d say keep playing, Tom. Just keep playing. Because, whatever you faced on the field, it’ll be different once you go in the booth. You have three hours, roughly, to communicate the game to people. I don’t think he’s ever really worked in that environment…”

He added, “I wish him a lot of luck. He’s extremely intelligent about the game and has terrific communication skills. And now, you walk into the booth and it’s a bit different. Things are done there in soundbites because you have to give the play-by-play guys a chance to their job. So, there’s a bit of a routine that has to be developed, a chemistry that needs to be developed”

It doesn’t look like Tom Brady will be joining FOX Sports soon

Tom Brady’s deal with FOX Sports is set to begin once he’s done playing football. However, with the way he played last season, it doesn’t look like he’ll be hanging his cleats any time soon.

Brady finished 2nd in the MVP voting last year, and he had a phenomenal season. Even though his team lost in the NFC Divisional Round Game against the Los Angeles Rams, Brady played quite well in it.

He came back from retirement to win more, and he is absolutely locked in to add another Super Bowl to his resume. This is his last year of the contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but we may see him sign another deal if everything goes well.
