Star WR Antonio Brown is always on the prowl for a good business deal. Apart from his NFL earnings, he also endorses brands he feels passionately about, and ISlide is one of them.

Brown appeared on the premiere of Shark Tank Season 8 to promote a brand he believes in. Being an athlete, the WR felt the need for off-court footwear, which is comfortable and easy to wear.

This brand, ISlide, is US-sold footwear that customizes as per the customers’ needs with a single strap. Its founder, Justin Kittredge, found support from one of the best WRs in the league. Browns felt such products are essential for athletes to wear after practice for comfort.

While appearing on Shark Tank, Brown hoped to impress the Sharks and get Justin a great investment deal. However, the investors were not interested in what kind of influencer the entrepreneur was getting on board. Instead, they were concerned with the feasibility and sales of the product.

Antonio Brown always displays his love for slides and wore the ‘Boomin’ ISlide to the pitch. He was trying to make a point about the easy customizing the products can undergo and be readily available to customers. Although he failed to reach time for the pitch or convince the investors, it left his fans ecstatic.

What happened to the deal made by the Sharks on Antonio Brown-backed ISlide?

The sharks were keen on giving Justin a deal, but the latter was rather ambitious. Maybe Brown’s made him value the company at $10 Million. After every shark was out, the queen of QVC, Lori, made a final deal offering $500,000 for 20% equity. However, he denied it, which shocked Antonio as well.
