A lot of people are talking about, ‘hey, this has been here for an hour,’ There‘s been about right underneath that. Well, I don’t know, hopefully. I think it was out on the water, though. San Diego, right? It’s a beach town. I think it was out there okay. Um, and it could be about this. It could be a bunch of drones, by the way. It just hovered for an hour or whatever for no reason. Nobody knew about it. I don’t think that has been announced by anybody… They look exactly what me and foxy saw, and you all laughed us out. We’re the f*ckin first ones, huh?”

Pat McAfee and Evan Fox previously saw an orange light that looked exoplanetary. McAfee noticed the object floating in the air while they were in mid-flight. Because it wasn’t high enough in the sky, the former NFL punter trusted his intuition that this wasn’t the moon.

Baffling light theory demystified

After the mysterious pattern of orange beams got traction on social media, the San Diego Police Department got into action. San Diego lifeguards alerted the SDPD that the orange lights observed were flares fired from a ship off the coast.

According to FOX News, flares fired by a crew undertaking training with expiration date flares caused the levitating lights, described as orange and with a distinct pattern. However, it did not convince the natives, despite an official explanation.
