24-year-old, Nick Kyrgios holds a grudge against the Serbian tennis player, Djokovic, and displays bitterness against him. He slammed his post-match celebrations as “cringeworthy”. Recently, Kyrgios was spotted crossing out Novak’s name from a T-shirt worn by a tennis fan which had the Serb’s name etched on it.
After he received the biggest fine in the history of tennis at Ohio Masters 2019, Kyrgios prepared an Instagram post, where he compared the time taken between points between Rafael Nadal and himself. The Spaniard is often picked for taking too long to serve and Kyrgios highlighted that issue in his post.
Besides his rivalries against the tennis greats, Nick Kyrgios cheers his friend Daniil Medvedev to conquer the Ohio Masters title. Medvedev will be facing David Goffin in Masters 1000 finals in Cincinnati, who will be playing his first-ever Masters final.
Today, Daniil Medvedev performance in the last two sets was surreal. It was Djokovic who was dictating the match, but that first break of serve in the third set turned around the tables.
