However, Tom Brady himself can chant the same phrase against a particular team and they are in a dominant position this season.

Tom Brady has been playing in the NFL for over two decades now and him owning a team could mean that they have been suffering against him for that long. And that team is Buffalo Bills.
Brady has played against the Bills 35 times in his entire career, out of which he has won a whopping 32 times. That’s the most wins a quarterback has registered against a single opponent in NFL history.
