Novak Djokovic Crashes Out Of Miami Open 2019

The World Number one tennis player, Novak Djokovic embarked upon the pre-quarters voyage in the Miami Gardens against the 22nd seed of the tournament Roberto Bautista Agut from Spain. It was two and a half hours unabridged amusement for the tennis followers and their battle was accompanied with a rain delay in between. The Spaniard trashes out the 15-time Grand Slam champion, Novak Djokovic 1-6, 7-5, 6-3 in the round of 16 of the Miami Open 2019. With this, Djokovic’s 41-0 winning streak in Miami matches after winning the first set came to an end. 

The Spaniard, Roberto Bautista Agut was dismantled in the opening set as the top seed breezed to take a 5-0 lead and later the Serb held a baguette victory in the first set over the World Number 18, Bautista Agut. The ardent support for the Spanish players in southern Florida drove the Spaniard to produce the biggest victory of the tournament in a dramatic fashion.

Bautista Agut was gliding in the match to grab every possible point he could take and in the second set his exquisite passes gave him his first break and led by 1-0. Thereafter, the Spaniard created an impact in the match. Djokovic avenged for his break and kept the thespian show on in the Miami Heat.

Novak Djokovic was serving to stay in the set at 5-4 and the rain hindered the rhythm of the warriors in the battle. After the resumption, the Spanird made a big hold by winning the point on a 24-shot rally against the Serb who was dwelling on a breakpoint. In the next game with a magnificent backhand volley, he receives the break and set point and later sealed took the clash into the third set.

The decider took off with Bautista Agut making a difference by breaking Novak Djokovic at 3-1 and in the next game the Serb retaliated made it 3-2. The  Spaniard had a heavy fall on the tale colored court beside the net and Djokovic checked him out. The Spanish man refused to give up his quarterfinal berth and he broke the top seed again.

Later he holds to 5-2 and Novak Djokovic was back on serve and that game turned out to a careless service game with the Serb double faulting. Bautista Agut held his very next serve and stopped the World Number one tennis player from reaching the last eight round of the Miami Open 2019. Next, the Spaniard will see America’s defending champion, John Isner.
