Nevin Harrison will aim for medal finishes in the women’s sprint events, while Evy Leibfarth will participate in the slalom events.

19-year-old Nevin Harrison is a mighty talent to look out for. She began competing for the USA aged just 15 and is the reigning world champion in the 200m canoe single event.

Evy Leibfarth is in fact, younger than Harrison. She is just 17 but has already shown glimpses of world-class talent. She began competing at 15 as well and has won medals in international events. Leibfarth is certainly a competitor to keep an eye on, despite her inexperience at the Olympic games.
