This achievement would mean a lot for the phenomenal striker, as she has been putting time into perfecting the art of grappling. As divisional champion Angela Lee is a profound BJJ practitioner, this feat would boost her confidence in the grappling exchanges in a rematch with ‘Unstoppable’.
In their first meeting at the promotion’s 10-year-anniversary show, ONE X, Lee submitted Fairtex in the second round, after taking damaging shots from the Thai athlete on the feet in the initial round.

Coach Burnworth acknowledged Fairtex’s promotion on his social handle as well.
“Tonight, I had the pleasure and honor of promoting @stamp_fairtex to purple belt. She was my first student at Fairtex over 5 years ago and has been a blue belt for the last 3. No one works harder and has a better smile. I’m so proud of all you’ve accomplished. Big things are coming. Congratulations!” wrote BJJ coach Burnworth.
Stamp Fairtex is a pure entertainer
The 24-year-old former Muay & kickboxing world champion has given eye-catching performances one after the other inside the ONE Circle. From her energetic walkouts to aggressive fight style, she has been an all-out star for the promotion.

In a parallel universe, the ferocious warrior could have been a pop star. The promotion suggested the same in a post that compared her with the K-pop artists; Fairtex acknowledged the same.
