Superlek Kiatmoo9 and Rodtang Jitmuangnon Set to Collide at ONE Fight Night 8 on March 24

Superlek “The Kicking Machine” Kiatmoo9 will defend his ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Title for the first time against Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon on Friday, March 24 at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video.
The promotion confirmed the World Champion vs. World Champion bout on its official website on Tuesday, February 7.
Both men have nearly 500 bouts between them and are known to be ruthless whenever they dart into enemy territory.

Superlek has a 132-29-4 professional record, which includes wins over some of the biggest names in the sport.
Superlek Kiatmoo9 is coming for everything
Among the scalps he has picked up throughout his 12-year professional career are “Elbow Zombie” Muangthai PK.Saenchai, Jonathan “The General” Haggerty, “The Angel Warrior” Panpayak Jitmuangnon, and Taiki “Silent Sniper” Naito.
Most recently, at ONE Fight Night 6 in January, the Thai striking dynamo edged out Spain’s Daniel Puertas to pick up the vacant flyweight kickboxing crown via unanimous decision.

As his nickname suggests, the Buriram native loves to hurt opponents with sniper-like kicks. He’s known for shutting his rivals down with his trademark right leg in various styles – whether aiming high or low.
The 27-year-old’s right leg will be something that will keep Rodtang busy when they get locked inside the Circle next month. But the flyweight Muay Thai king must also be aware of Superlek’s ability to explode inside the pocket with cracking combinations.
The defending World Champion would love to make the fight dirty against “The Iron Man.” But truth be told, Rodtang is a man who excels in a slugfest, and he’ll be more motivated than ever to engage where he is strong.

The Thai megastar – who owns a 270-42-10 professional slate – has been fired up to join the elite list of two-sport ONE World Champions for some time.

He has been unstoppable since he earned the flyweight Muay Thai belt from Haggerty in August 2019 and has amassed a combined Muay Thai and kickboxing record of 13-0 inside the ONE Circle.

The 25-year-old has cleared out most of the men in the flyweight Muay Thai division, and he’ll certainly fancy his chances against a skilled rival like Superlek.
