However, if you are not fond of such discussions, this 13-episode series is not entirely about young entrepreneurs who work long hours to deliver on their challenges in every episode.

The contestants also go through several competitions that test their physical limits. If fitness or business is not your cup of tea, you can get inspired by how these contestants overcome different roadblocks to become winners in the game of life.

So, if you are a professional, a student, a health buff, or a bright individual looking for a new startup idea, this show won’t disappoint you.

#2 Get to know ONE’s superstars and other martial arts legends

While the show’s original version–which stretched from 2004 to 2017 under different producers – solely focused on marketing tactics and business strategies, ONE’s edition encompasses a variety of physical challenges that test the candidate’s endurance and willingness to keep on fighting.

To make these competitions better, some of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time will participate in these grueling fitness contests. Current world champions such as Angela Lee and Xiong Jing Nan subjected the participants through grueling fitness tests, while MMA icons such as Demetrious Johnson, Georges St-Pierre, and Renzo Gracie gave nuggets of wisdom on how to excel under pressure.

Other ONE stars such as Brandon Vera, Ritu Phogat, Ben Askren, and Sage Northcutt also make guest appearances.
