LeBron James(F): Nothing unusual. King James is averaging career-highs in assists and rebounds this season exhibiting the all-around nature of his game.

Kawhi Leonard(F): The Klaw has lead the San Antonio Spurs to second seed in the west. Kawhi being Kawhi.

James Harden(G): The Beard is having a career season this year averaging a near triple-double while leading the Houston Rockets to their best record in recent times

Russell Westbrook(G): Russ finally got a chance to show his potential in the absence of Kevin Durant and did not disappoint anyone. He has led the OKC Thunder to 6th seed in the west averaging a triple-double.

Anthony Davis(C): Anthony “The Brow” Davis has had a phenomenal season so far despite the Pelicans not making the playoffs. He’s averaging about 27 points and 12 rebounds a game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo(F): The Greek Freak finally broke out of his shell this season. At just 22 years old, he’s carried the Milwaukee Bucks to 6th seed in the east averaging 23 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists a game.

DeMar DeRozan(F): Straight outta Compton! That’s what his mid-range game screams. Master of the mid-range game, a lost art. DeRozan has been the bulk of Raptors offence, especially in the absence of Kyle Lowry.

John Wall(G): John Wall is having a career season this year. Averaging a double-double in points and assists, he has propelled the Washington Wizards to the 3rd seed in the east.

Kyrie Irving(G): Arguably the best ball handler of all time, Kyrie Irving has been instrumental to the Cleveland Cavaliers who clearly are not playing up to everyone’s expectations. He’s averaging 25 points and 6 assists a game.

DeMarcus Cousins(C): The hothead of the league and leader in technical fouls, he’s not having the best season of his career. He has been struggling to gel out with the Pelicans but has given Pelicans fans some hope as they’ve won 3 straight.

Gordon Hayward(F): The Jazz forward has finally stepped up to the stage. He has lead the Utah Jazz to 4th seed in the west on 22 points a game on some efficient shooting.

Kevin Durant(F): In his first season as a Warrior, KD has averaged 25 points, 8 rebounds and nearly 5 assists a game. A major portion of the Warriors offence.

Damian Lillard(G): One of the most underrated players of this generation. It’s quite a surprise that despite averaging 27 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists a game, he wasn’t an all star in 2017.

Isaiah Thomas(G): He has led the Boston Celtics in the hunt for the top seed in the east. He has averaged 29 points and 6 assists a game. The unanimous “King in the fourth”.

Rudy Gobert(C): Front-runner for the Defensive Player of the year award, Rudy Gobert has silenced everyone this season with his defensive skill and more than decent offence.

Kawhi Leonard: One of the best two-way players in the league, Kawhi Leonard is a nightmare for any ball-handler on offence.

Draymond Green: One of the most underrated players in the league today. Green is an all-around player. He’s averaging 10 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists ans 2 steals per game this season.

Hassan Whiteside: Miami Heat Big Man Hassan Whiteside has averaged a league-high 14.2 rebounds this season and has been a ferocious defender in the paint. He’s playing a huge role in taking Heat to the playoffs.

Rudy Gobert: Frenchman Rudy Gobert has made quite a case for Defensive Player of the year and Most Improved Player this season. He’s finally come out of his shell taking Utah Jazz to the playoffs this season.

Chris Paul: The Clippers guard hasn’t performed up to his standards this season but that didn’t deter him to average 2 steals a game and be impact-full on the defensive end.

Joel Embiid: Rookie Joel Embiid has shown flashes of greatness this season as he’s averaged 20 and 8 in the 31 games he played before he suffered a torn meniscus.

Dario Saric: Ever since Embiid left the Sixers team due to injury, Saric has been playing phenomenally. Embiid and Saric might be the best front-court duo a few years down the line.

Buddy Hield: Ever since getting traded to Sacramento, Buddy has been on fire. He’s averaging 15 points a game and has shot an impressive 45% from three. He might turn out to be the most fun point guard next season.

Yogi Ferrell: He has been the most surprising rookie this season. Coming undrafted, he has shocked everyone by averaging 11 points and 4.4 assists a game and has made his place permanent in the Dallas Mavericks roster.
