Robert Kubica Launches Further Allegations on Williams F1 in Abu Dhabi

Robert Kubica and Williams F1 will certainly be parting on not-so-friendly terms. In an attack against the team, the Pole alleged that Williams didn’t utilize his experience to the maximum. This comes after the Kubica confirmed he will be looking to take a development role with F1 and a racing role in DTM. Haas F1 and Racing Point are gunning for the Pole to help in their development of their vehicles for 2020.

Ahead of what he confirmed will be his last F1 outing, Robert Kubica expressed his disappointment.

Taking another dig at what was a disappointing season for Williams, Kubica answered with his favorite memory of 2019.

Despite this, he still was able to score the team’s only point this season. In spite of the fact he was generally outperformed by his young team mate. Subsequently, he did admit, that him being replaced by Nicholas Latifi was no problem for him or Williams.

I hope the team can solve their problems and be able to race against the others. They deserve better times. I hope Williams will improve as a team as soon as possible. This season, the way we worked, with my experience, it didn’t make much difference

It will not be the last we will see the Pole in Formula One. With his sponsor PKN Orlen keen to maintain a presence in Formula One, he will be taking a developmental role. In particular, Haas F1 have emerged as strong suitors for the Pole. The American outfit is hoping for him to make a decision as early as next week. Speaking about the Pole potentially joining, Haas Boss Gunther Steiner spoke to GPToday.net
