WWE Extreme Rules Horror Show is around the corner and things are certainly heating up in the women’s division. The Red Brand has confirmed a potential main event match for the latest edition of Monday Night Raw.

WWE Monday Night RAW has announced a tag team title match. Notably, Bayley and Sasha Banks have been on every show and every brand since winning the tag team titles.

Going back a few weeks, days after Sasha Banks and Bayley won the tag team titles for the second time, the duo was cutting a promo in the ring. The Boss then went on to make a statement.

The Blueprint said she now wanted to win a single’s title. Everyone felt they reached the turning point and finally, Banks will turn on Bayley.

But the Boss got one over the WWE universe as she challenged Asuka for the Raw Women’s title. Banks is now eligible as the tag team champions can go on every brand.

The duo and Asuka went back and forth for weeks. Asuka would also interrupt and cost Banks her iconic main event at NXT: The Great American Bash against Io Shirai.

The Empress of Tomorrow struck again when she brought back her fellow Kabuki Warrior Kairi Sane.

The returning Kairi Sane and Asuka defeated Bayley and Sasha Banks in singles competition.

WWE recently confirmed through their official website and official Twitter account that Sasha Banks and Bayley will be defending their women’s tag team titles against Kairi Sane and Asuka.

Asuka defends her Raw women’s title against Sasha Banks while Nikki Cross will challenge Bayley for the SmackDown women’s championship.

As of now, both titles matches are singles matches. One will have to wait and see if any changes happen to resonate with the event name ‘Extreme’.
