Shroud Set To Make A Comeback To Apex Legends Post Season 5 Update?

Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek’s broad range of gaming skillset makes him stand out from the others. He can dominate in whichever game he plays because he’s dedicated years of his life to becoming a pro. Moreover, he’s played CS: GO professionally at the highest level, which adds to his versatility.
Back in 2019, when Apex Legends released, Shroud spent a lot of time streaming the game and dominating its lobbies without breaking a sweat. Although he’s been busy owning Valorant and Call of Duty Warzone recently, his remarks while reacting to Loba’s gameplay trailer suggests he’ll be back predating in Apex soon.

During a recent Mixer stream, whose highlights were uploaded on his second YouTube channel, Shroud seemed fascinated by the new gameplay features on display in Respawn’s gameplay trailer for Fortune’s Favor.

In the trailer, Gibraltar charges his Defensive Bombardment ultimate by standing near one of the new Charge Towers and utilizes it. Impressed by the new feature, Shroud reacted, “Damn, he got his ult from that? That’s cool.”
The Mixer streamer also enjoyed Loba’s finisher move. He asserted, “That’s a cool finisher. That was cool. That actually looks kinda dope; I’m not gonna lie. That’s in 4 days? I think I’ll play it.”

“Is this Skulltown?” he asked, in response to the map updates being teased in the trailer. “I think it’s supposed to be Skulltown. It’s just weird looking at it from this angle. Wait. Maybe not. I don’t know what this is supposed to be. Yeah, it actually looks pretty cool. You have this thing right here, which gives your ult. This is an ult charge thing. You could just use it and get your ult. That’s pretty cool.”
Apex Legends Season 5 just arrived with the new update. The game’s new chapter brings a bunch of significant additions and changes to the fan-favorite battle royale. While many still play and grind the game regularly, some have moved on to play newer titles. But with the thrilling expansions, Respawn has made in the new season, we can expect to see some of our favorite streamers go back to streaming Apex Legends, at least for some time. Shroud is likely to be one of them.
