“Felt Very Electric” – NFL Legend Tom Brady Had FC Bayern Munich Stars Fanboying After His “Great Football Experience” in Germany

The 2022 edition of the NFL International series came to Munich earlier this week. Tampa Bay Buccaneers played against Seattle Seahawks in NFL’s first regular season match in Germany. The Buccaneers ran out winners with a scoreline of 21-16. NFL legend Tom Brady continued his winning streak on foreign soil with two touchdown passes. Brady has had his fair share of iconic moments in 22 years as a professional. He recently added the Allianz Arena’s atmosphere to the list.
Tom Brady’s Bucs registered their fifth win of the season, leading to a 5-5 record in the league. However, it was the crowd and the atmosphere at the Allianz Arena that captivated everyone’s hearts. Brady was surprised to see such a response from a foreign crowd.

“That was one of the great football experiences I’ve ever had,” Brady said after the game. “The fan turnout was incredible. It felt very electric from the time we took the field.”
The Allianz Arena is home to Bundesliga champions, FC Bayern Munich. They have won 32 Bundesliga titles and are a force to reckon with in Europe. Bayern players managed to meet the NFL legend when he visited the club’s training facilities.
FC Bayern Munich stars meet Tom Brady
After beating the Seahawks in the 10th game of the NFL season, Brady met with some Bayern stars. Brady met and exchanged handshakes with Alphonso Davies, Sven Ulreich, Jamal Musiala, and Serge Gnabry. The Bayern stars chat with the NFL legend and then clicked a picture with him.

The Bucs vs. Seahawks was a wholesome experience for all the stakeholders involved. German fans also sang ‘Sweet Caroline’ and ‘Country Roads’ during the game. Brady praised the crowd for singing in unison and said that it was a great experience for him.

The NFL did an amazing job in hosting the regular season game in Munich. While the stadium may not look like an NFL stadium, it did create a memorable event for many. The NFL added Germany to its international roster for three years with one game every year.
