Shakira and Argentine DJ, Bizarrap have been in the limelight for more than a month. Their diss track from January is still driving the fans absolutely crazy. Even after almost two months, every fan is still vibing to the song every single day. The fan’s interest in the diss track was reinvigorated after the celebrity duo performed live on Jimmy Fallon’s television show. Both of them also appeared for an interview on the show. Additionally, the Guinness Book of World Records also honored both of them.
Along with dominating American music billboards, the historic diss track broke major world records from Day 1 itself.

Shakira made Bizarrap wait for months before responding!
Before collaborating with Shakira, Bizarrap was enjoying a different level of success with Spanish rapper, Quevedo. The Argentine DJ had composed a hit track with the famous Spanish rapper. Whilst in the limelight, Bizarrap thought that it was the perfect time to get in touch with Shakira for a potential collaboration. During the chat with Jimmy Fallon, he said, “And I thought, like, this is a moment to send her a DM”.
The Colombian singer then validated his statement. She affirmatively said, “Yeah, he DM’d me. Yeah, but I didn’t see his until, like, three months later. I don’t know why”. Bizarrap continued, “Yeah, one or two months later”. Jimmy Fallon jokingly barged in saying, “You made him wait two months?”.

Shakira and Bizzarap’s “BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53.” has entered 4 records into the Guinness World Record:
1. The song was the most viewed Latin track on YouTube in 24 hours (63 million).

The Latin American star claimed that she didn’t purposely keep the record-breaking DJ waiting. She said, “Yeah, but it wasn’t on purpose”. To which Jimmy Fallon jokingly replied, “Yeah, we don’t answer every DM back”. Whilst on the show, the celebrity duo performed the viral diss track. The two of them also received their certificates from the Guinness Book of World Records after their diss track broke multiple records in the last two months.

Shakira’s 14 world records!
Shakira and the Argentine DJ managed to break four world records together. The diss track was the most viewed Latin track on YouTube in 24 hours. It also became the fastest Latin track to reach the 100 million views landmark. Apart from YouTube, the track was the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours with 14,393,342 plays. The song also became the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in one week, after that same week, with 80,646,962 plays.

Apart from that, Shakira managed to break ten more records all by herself. All her world records were basically her ranking #1 on several charts including multiple Top 10 hits. In the end, she also received a final certificate which seemed the most wholesome. Shakira received her final World Record certificate for Most Billboard charts topped by a Spanish-language track by a female artist.
