Cristiano Ronaldo made a buzz earlier this year when he made a blockbuster move to Al Nassr. He became the highest-paid athlete with the transfer. The Portuguese is again in the news recently for his mixed season and exit rumors within six months.

It has been an inconsistent season with Al Nassr. The player wasn’t happy when the club lost crucial games in the Saudi Pro League title race. His frustrations fueled the rumors of his exit. However, Ronaldo has come up with a powerful statement about his future.

Cristiano Ronaldo made a massive statement after the Saudi Pro League season ended. Ronaldo said“I am comfortable with Al-Nassr, and I have adapted greatly. It looks like the Portuguese is happy at the Saudi club amid all those exit rumors. The statement is a testament to the Al Nassr forward’s determination to stay and succeed at the club next season. 

His recent statement will also stop the rumors about his Al Nassr future. He has been a frustrating figure in recent times, as the results were not favorable for the Saudi club. However, he kept on contributing to the club with his goals. Although the former Manchester United superstar was inconsistent, he hit double figures with his goals.

However, the season was below par Ronaldo as he went trophyless. Al Nassr was knocked out of the two domestic competitions earlier. Al Nassr were on the top of the table, but a few poor results saw their lead evaporate. Their rivals Al Ittihad grabbed the chance and won the Saudi Pro League title.

The massive words of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner will relieve the club and its fans. The club is looking to win its first league title, which they last won in 2018-19. Al Nassr club will bank on their superstar in his first entire season to get them over the line. But will it be easy for them next season?

With the rivals making strides for the blockbuster signings, it will be an uphill task for Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr to win the league title next season.
