Brazilian soccer superstar Ronaldo Nazario was unplayable when he was in the prime of his career. The Brazilian soccer legend spent a huge chunk of his prime at Real Madrid. Ronaldo created a legacy for himself when he was at Real Madrid from 2002 to 2007. The soccer legend currently owns a majority stake at the Spanish soccer club, Real Valladolid. Recently, the social media admins of Ronaldo’s club referenced an infamous Will Smith controversy on Twitter to celebrate their escape from the relegation zone.

The Real Valladolid fans were overjoyed after Cyle Larin scored a goal in the 90 minute. That goal helped Ronaldo’s team win the game and stay clear of the bottom three.

Ronaldo Nazario is one of those soccer players who never really had any haters. Brazilian soccer star Kaka once revealed that every soccer fan from across the world respected Ronaldo much more as compared to Brazil. Even at Valladolid, the Brazilian soccer star is very caring about each of his players. However, his tenure as the majority stakeholder and president of the Spanish soccer club has not been easy.

Valladolid is close to the relegation zone this season. However, the club pulled off a nail-biting win against Valencia to fortunately still stayed away from the drop zone.

To celebrate the win, the social media admins of the club posted a picture of the infamous Will Smith controversy at the Oscars. Will Smith was penalized after he shockingly slapped Chris Rock on stage while the show was on. The host cracked a sensitive joke and Will Smith seemingly did not like it. To make the meme more fun the Spanish club labeled the image. Will Smith was Kyle Larin and Chris Rock was the relegation zone. Additionally, Will Smith’s hand was labeled the match-winning goal.

Valladolid shockingly lost its place in the top flight after the club finished 19 in the 2020/21 season. However, Ronaldo’s army fought back and earned a promotion to La Liga after the next season itself. Over the years, Ronaldo has made a few funny promises to his players.

The Brazilian soccer star took off on a 280-mile cycling tour after his team won promotion back to La Liga last season. Ronaldo revealed to the media that it was a promise. Before departing on his bike, Ronaldo told DailyStar, “I made the promise, we’ve done a very good job, especially at the beginning of the year, with all the changes we’ve made, all the philosophy we’ve changed”.

During the previous season, Ronaldo also bought his players a PS5 after a crucial win. Valladolid right-back, Saidy Janko revealed that Ronaldo is a very social person. The soccer legend never shied away from socializing with his own players and having a coffee with them from time to time. Truly, finding such an owner of a soccer club is close to impossible these days.
