One of the lines from the diss track translate to, “You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo, you traded a Rolex for a Casio”. The Barcelona soccer legend responded to both parts of that sentence. Firstly, soon after the music video hit the internet, Pique announced that he signed with Casio to sponsor the ‘Kings League’, his new soccer league. However, a few days later, Casio denied those claims, and the move backfired on Pique.

Just a day after the music video, Shakira set up a mannequin witch dressed in black on her balcony. The Colombian singer placed the witch in such a way that it directly faced her mother-in-law’s home. Shakira has also been blasting the house with the diss track repeatedly since the day it was released.

Aside from all this drama, the fans have always supported Shakira. The fans are now even prouder of the Colombian star after she gathered the courage to speak up about her personal struggles.
