Williams and her husband have now become active investors in different businesses and sports franchises across the world. One of the celebrity duo’s main projects is the NWSL soccer club, Angel City FC. However, according to recent reports, one of Serena Williams’ investments has signed a gigantic deal with the English Premier League.

The celebrity duo has been bang on with their last few investments in recent years.

Sorare lands a deal with the EPL!

Serena Williams invested in Sorare in January 2022. Sorare is an NFT fantasy game that only runs on the Ethereum blockchain. The game provides its users with different NFTs of the world’s biggest soccer stars. The users can buy these NFTs and trade them with other users on the gaming platform. Sorare has managed to crack a few gigantic deals while selling player NFT cards. In London, an individual bought a Cristiano Ronaldo, Sorare NFT card for $400,313.

In recent news, according to Joe Pompliano, the NFT trading sports fantasy game has just signed an exclusive deal with the English Premier League. It’s a proud moment for everyone at Sorare to finally land a deal with one of the biggest soccer leagues in the world after getting individual sports athletes to invest.

The company already has more than 2 million users in about 185 countries. However, Sorare has already signed licensing deals with the NBA, MLB, Bundesliga, La Liga, and Serie A. Additionally, the fantasy NFT game is tied with over 300 soccer clubs from across the globe. The most shocking fact is that this company was just founded four years ago. However, this company seems like it already aiming for the sky through its continuous rounds of investments.
