USMNT Star Tyler Adams Completes His Dream Move to the Premier League

USMNT midfielder, Tyler Adams, has made a name for himself in recent years. His performances for his nation have only improved and at the age of 23, he has a lot of room to grow. As a result, his stock has risen extremely high as clubs vie for his signature.
However, after several months of rumors and several clubs being involved, Adams’ future looks like it has been resolved. According to a report from ESPN FC, Adams has agreed to join Premier League club Leeds United from RB Leipzig.

The deal is reportedly going to cost Leeds United around €23 million with add-ons.
Tyler Adams moves to Leeds United
The move is almost done and Adams is flying to the UK to finish his medical. Leeds United’s new manager Jesse Marsch reportedly had a big hand to play in the transfer as he had worked with Adams before.

The American coach was also instrumental in the signing of Brenden Aaronson as Leeds United acquired another USMNT star. It seems like this won’t be the end of the transfer window for the Premier League club as they are also linked with a move with Feyenoord star, Luis Sinisterra.

Dominic Tedesco gives his blessing to Adams
The RB Leipzig manager, Dominic Tedesco, was a huge fan of Adams. In an interview with RB Live, Tedesco revealed that the USMNT star was a great character and a good player. He also added that Adams was unhappy with his playing time at the club and his departure was justified.

“He was very liked here, he’s a really good player. [He is] a fine character. It hurts to say goodbye. But you have to be honest with each other. If a player is unhappy with his playing time–we have an extremely large number of players in the centre–then you have to understand him and fulfill his wishes,” Tedesco said.
It’ll be interesting to see how Adams’ move to the Premier League works out in the end, and whether he can handle the competition in England.
