Therefore, establishing the fact that tennis remains one of the most competitive yet honorable sports. Stefanos Tsitsipas’ recent actions are a testament to the same.
Tsitsipas, the youngest ATP champion from Greece, was asked about Alexander Zverev in a recent social media interaction. He wasted no time in lauding the German star.

Stefanos Tsitsipas praises Alexander Zverev
“Good kid, with a good sense of humor, has a solid backhand [Zverev is] a solid player,” said Stefano.
This isn’t the first time Zverev has been at the receiving end of praise. He has been absolutely prolific and has successfully amazed the current top seeds.

Previously, Stefanos Tsitsipas introduced Zverev much more informally and addressed the German’s physical attributes rather than his playing style.
“Handsome, Tall, Appealing,” Tsitsipas introducing Zverev.
Zverev is the second-youngest player to be ranked in the Top-10 by the ATP. Triumph at the 2018 ATP Finals made him the youngest winner at the year-end championship. He is the only active player outside the Big Four with three ATP 1000 titles.
Tsitsipas takes the cake when it comes to being the youngest player ranked in the Top-10 by the ATP. With a career-high ranking of No. 5 in the world, he holds the record for being the highest-ranked Greek player in history.

Stefanos is the first male Greek player in the Open Era to clinch a Junior Grand Slam. He achieved this feat at Wimbledon in 2016.
The two youngsters are promising prospects. However, they must not lose their focus. The tennis world would be looking at them to step up. Safe to say, the future of the sport is in the right hands.
