'The Baddest Man on the Planet' is known for his unending passion and greatness. From motivating his people to giving the right advice, here is what Tyson advised Osaka's boyfriend Cordae.
In a recent episode of the podcast 'Hotboxin with Mike Tyson' the legend shared some invaluable advice with Cordae about the importance of adversity and his journey to success.
During the discussion, Joseph-Day asked Cordae about his views on his growth as an artist. Cordae expressed himself and said, “I’m just getting better every day. Just repetition. Staying in that lab. And recognizing what I can get better at.”
'The Baddest Man on the Planet' shared a piece of advice for Cordae and said, “But you have to remember this little brother. I don’t care if you want to be an ant collector. Whenever you want to be the best in the world, at anything. I don’t care about anything, you have to expect some disappointments. And then be able to handle those disappointments so that they won’t happen again.”
'Iron Mike' also shared the importance of adversity and humiliation. He expressed how taking humiliation and returning stronger is a commendable feat. He said, “Adversity is beautiful. Getting you a** kicked. You know what I mean. Being humiliated, that’s beautiful if you don’t give up. If you give up, it’s not cool.
