Training Schedule

Stevenson's training consists of two sessions. The first session is in the morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the second session is for about an hour-and-a-half starting at 4 p.m. 

Cardio

For his cardio, Stevenson will run every morning to increase his stamina.

Boxing Training

Stevenson will do heavy bag workouts, mitt work, shadow boxing, and more in his boxing training.
