Training Schedule

Stevenson's training consists of two sessions. One, in the morning from about 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the second, from 4 p.m. for about hour-and-a-half.

Bodyweight workouts

Stevenson's training includes body workouts such as pull-ups and push-ups for better conditioning.

Cardio

Stevenson includes running every morning as a part of his cardio sessions to increase stamina.

Boxing Training

Stevenson does a lot of heavy bag workouts, hits the mitts, speed bag, and more to get better at his boxing skills.

Sparring

As every boxer, sparring is a vital part of Stevenson's training.
