Tommy Fury's Intense Training Routine & Diet for Jake Paul Fight

The British professional boxer and 'Love Island' star Tommy Fury is set to face Jake Paul in the much-awaited boxing bout. Ahead of his upcoming bout, let's take a look at his training routine.

Fury's training schedule typically consists of a 10-week training camp in which he trains for six days a week, taking an off on Sunday. He trains for strength using bodyweight exercises and also adds toon the weights.

He includes a lot of cardio in his training routine by combining running and skipping and trains 2 times a day. He finishes the week off with a nice 8–10-mile run.
