2022 has witnessed some massive video game releases. However, many top titles got delayed this year leaving fans disappointed. Here are the biggest games which suffered unfortunate delays so far this year.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2

arguably, the most awaited Nintendo game ever. it was supposed to launch this year, but the devs pushed back its release to spring 2023. the title was announced in 2019.

Starfield

announced in 2018, this Xbox exclusive title had a release date of Nov 11th, 2022 before the developer Bethesda postponed the project to 2023. it's a space-faring RPG game.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

many dc fans have been waiting for this game ever since it was announced in 2020. developer Rocksteady Studios announced its delay from 2022 to spring 2023. 

Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl

the fourth title in the stalker series was originally going to debut this year in April. however, the game's Twitter handle announced its delay to Dec 2022. 

Rumbleverse

announced at the game awards 2021, published by epic games, it was all set to release in Feb 2022. later on, the devs postponed the game without revealing the fresh release date. 

Forspoken

powered by the Luminous Engine, this fantasy RPG title had a release date of May 25th, 2022 but the devs pushed it back to Oct 11th, 2022 because the game needed more polishing.

Redfall

the game comes from the renowned Arkane Studios, which made dishonored. this co-op FPS title was going to debut this summer until the devs postponed it to the first half of 2023.
