After an action-packed race weekend ends at Sochi Autodrom, the Formula 1 paddock head towards the Istanbul
Park Circuit for the Turkish Grand Prix.
So let’s take a look at the highlights from the FP1 and FP2 sessions of the Turkish Grand Prix.

During the Friday Free Practice sessions, drivers struggled for grip while zipping around the Istanbul Park Circuit. And when asked for a suggestion for break balance, Charles Leclerc got furious and replied: “Your suggestions are not in line with what I feel.”
Nikita Mazepin who finished the Free Practice 2 session at P20, was involved in a high-speed spin while running through the third apex of the famous Turn 8 sequence.
During the FP2 session, Kimi Raikkonen complained about his drinking system. The Finnish driver, who ended up P15, reported about a massive leak in his car, which caused problems for Kimi, and made him rage on the team radio.
Max Verstappen appeared to be struggling with understeer throughout the FP2 session, where he complained about the strange car behavior. The Dutch therefore finished 0.635 seconds behind his arch-rival Lewis Hamilton to come home at fifth position.
