Tiger Woods’ website undergoes an update.
While the website gives an insight into Woods’ professional career, it also gives us a sneak peek into his schedule later in the season.
No longer the old and healthy self, Woods is expected to contest in a limited number of PGA Tour events. However, fans expect him to tee up in the game’s most important tournaments, the four major championships.
Where will Woods play first?
The inaugural major of the season will be played next week at the iconic Augusta National Golf Club, where Woods is a five-time winner. Woods is keenly anticipated to play in the event, but if confirmation was needed at all, his website has given the green signal for his participation.
Woods' network now displays the Masters at the Augusta National as his next tournament on the Schedule page.
Interestingly, even though he’s expected to play in other major championships, no other event other than the Masters features on the page.
Fans were quick to show their appreciation for Woods’ participation in the tournament.
Comments such as “Oh let’s go !” and “This is the year Lfg” made the rounds on social media. Another fan commented, “DONT BOTHER ME April 6-9, I’m busy !!!”
Fans want Woods to go all in for the Masters.
one of them wrote,
“Let’s go.. get that master again.” “BIG TIME“, was another fan’s comment. The frenzy behind the announcement was just another indication of the legendary golfer’s incredible fanbase.
