Joe LaCava has previously worked with Dustin Johnson and Fred Couples. He started working with Tiger Woods after Woods split with his former caddie, Steve Williams.
Joe and Tiger have a really healthy and trustworthy relationship on the golf course. While Woods does not need any guidance on the course, LaCava can bring in some valuable inputs.
He had spent 20 years working for the 1992 Masters Champion Fred Couples They both had a split when Couples had asked LaCava start working with younger players.
Tiger Woods has won 11 tournaments along with LaCava as his caddie which also includes the 2019 Masters.
