As we have passed the mid-way mark of the year, we take a look back at the best debut, knockout, submission and more from in the UFC thus far in 2021. 

Best Knockout 

Cory Sandhagen's flying knee knockout over Frankie Edgar is without a doubt the best knockout of this year by far.

Best Debut 

Former Bellator lightweight champion Michael Chandler's made his debut earlier this year with a brilliant first-round stoppage win over Dan Hooker. 

Best Card 

UFC 261 was the best card by far this year not only because it was the first card with a full capacity crowd but also featured 3 title fights and also because 9 of 13 fights on the night ended in stoppage. 

Best Submission 

Andre Muniz handed Jiu-Jitsu extraordinaire Ronaldo Souza his first submission loss with a nasty arm-bar. 

Best Fighter 

Kamaru Usman is without a doubt the front runner for fighter of the year with two stunning title defenses over Jorge Masvidal and Gilbert Burns.
