The recent Cup Series race at World Wide Technology Raceway saw Kyle Busch clinch victory for the 3rd time this season. 

Apart from that, the race also had plenty of stops, which irked many fans. Moreover, they also reported a technological failure, and many fans criticized NASCAR heavily. 


An eventful race at World Wide Technology Raceway

The race had multiple yellow flags, 2 red flags, and a weather delay. Despite all that, the race went on and Kyle Busch claimed victory. 

The race also had a technological issue 

Later, NASCAR tweeted, “During today’s NASCAR Cup Series race at World Wide Technology Raceway, there was an off-site fiber connectivity failure that briefly interrupted the television and radio broadcasts, as well as impacting internet for teams on pit road. There was not a failure with any track or NASCAR equipment at the facility during today’s event.”

Fans mock NASCAR heavily 

After NASCAR released the statement, fans did not waste any time criticizing them. One fan wrote, “So ironic….. World Wide Technology Raceway….” Another fan said, “So much for the name "World Wide Technology Raceway”.” One more user wrote, “This track is “world wide technology” but they had a “Technology” issue?”
