The Competitive Edge
Earnhardt Jr. reveals that his fastest ride was with Johnson and the group at Phoenix, averaging 19.5 miles per hour. This experience had a positive effect on his physical condition, and by the end of the 2017 season, he was in peak biking condition.
Earnhardt Jr. admits that trying to keep up with Johnson was a tough ask. But when it comes to Johnson tagging along with them, it was a whole different story. He said, "When you’re with Jimmie, you’re like ‘gotta keep up, it’s Jimmie!’".
