HOWEVER, DRIVERS NEED TO PROGRESS THROUGH THE LEVELS AND COMPETE IN THE XFINITY SERIES AFTER RACING IN TRUCKS. AND, EVERY TRUCKING SERIES DRIVER WISHES FOR THEIR BIG BREAK INTO THE WORLD OF XFINITY. AND, DAVID GILLAND RACING DRIVER, HAILIE DEEGAN IS NO DIFFERENT. DEEGAN HAD HOPED TO COMPETE IN SELECT RACES IN THE XFINITY SERIES IN 2022. HOWEVER, A RECENT REVELATION SHOWS THAT COMPETING IN THE XFINITY CARS SEEMS UNLIKELY.
Deegan had hoped to compete in select races in the Xfinity series in 2022. However, it seems unlikely.
Deegan seems to be struggling with funding as she said,"It's tough trying to get finding midway through the season."
