The Final Bow

Jason Ratcliff, the mastermind behind many of JGR's victories, is set to bid adieu to his role as crew chief of the No. 19 Toyota Supra team. Ratcliff, reflecting on his decision, stated, “Phoenix is going to be it. This is going to be my last season as crew chief...it’s going to be nice.”

A Legacy to Remember

Ratcliff leaves behind an impressive legacy, with 239 top-five and 406 top-10 finishes, and 49 pole positions in his 800 starts. His crowning glory was guiding Kyle Busch to a driver’s championship in 2009.

A New Chapter

Ratcliff's passion for the sport remains undiminished. He will be taking on a new role as a team/driver coordinator for the JGR ARCA and Xfinity teams. Expressing his excitement, Ratcliff shared, “I’m excited to transition into this new role with Joe Gibbs Racing...means a lot to me.”
