Kyle Busch’s Concerns Become a Reality as Fans Bash the Chicago Race after an Unwanted Stoppage 


Before the Cup Series Race on July 2nd, drivers had practiced at the Chicago track during the Xfinity Series race. Earlier, Kyle Busch expressed his disappointment at the Chicago track. 

His concerns became a reality during the Xfinity Race, as the race was stopped after an unwanted incident took place. Later, fans blasted the race. 

Kyle Busch showed concerns about the Chicago race

Speaking about the track conditions, Busch earlier said, “It’s really rough. It’s bumpy. It’s slippery. There’s some corners that are very challenging.. some blind ones at that.” He further said, “When you’re going around the Bean on the left-hander, that’s really, really slippery and there’s a huge bump going through (turn) nine before you get into (turn) 10. The wall in (turn) eight, before you go around the left-hander, is, to me, really narrow over there.”

As per NASCAR reporter Bob Pockrass, the race had to be stopped due to some debris on the track. Notably, there was a battery on the track. He took to Twitter and said, “Caution for debris. …. a battery on the track?”

Fans slammed the Chicago race

After that unwanted stoppage, fans took to Twitter and expressed their disappointment. One fan said, “im so not surprised.” Another fan said, “Good thing no one hit that.” One more user said, “Who's battery? Is that like losing a ballast?” Another user showed a picture of the battery as well.
